Founded by Andy Heller and Chris Kavanagh, two lifelong football enthusiasts with deep roots in the sport, our academy bridges the gap for young players seeking development beyond selective programs.
Andy Heller grew up in Southampton, UK, where he first fell in love with football, playing at various levels before making the move to Australia. Chris Kavanagh, hailing from nearby Portsmouth, UK, shares a similar journey, honing his skills on British pitches and continuing his playing career Down Under. Together, they've competed in the UK and Australia across amateur and semi-professional scenes, gaining invaluable insights into the game's demands and joys.
In Australia, Andy and Chris have coached at all levels locally, always focusing on player development first—from energetic MiniRoos sessions for the youngest beginners to juniors building fundamentals, and seniors pushing for peak performance. Their combined experience fuels our mission: to create a supportive, fun environment where every child can thrive, regardless of starting point.
